The Charles River Development (CRD) SaaS migration is support responsible for the Charles River Development solution.

Responsibilities

You will be part of the team responsible for the CRD SaaS migration effort:
CRD SaaS migration expert will lead the migration effort from end-to-end: to shift functionality from old to new system
Provide functional and technical support for the Charles River Development (CRD) platform throughout the SaaS migration lifecycle, ensuring platform stability and business continuity.
Assist in migration activities, including environment setup, data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution during transition to the SaaS model.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, CRD vendor teams, and internal IT to coordinate migration tasks and address system or data-related challenges.
Monitor system performance and support testing phases (UAT, parallel runs), ensuring accuracy of trading, compliance, and reporting workflows post-migration.
Support post-migration stabilization by troubleshooting production issues, optimizing configurations, and ensuring alignment with business requirements.

SKILLS

Must have

Prior experience with Charles River Development (CRD) is a must
Experience with SaaS migration is required
Heavy migration experience is required

Nice to have

• SQL: Experience to write complex queries • Scripting - Python / Powershell / Bash • Windows/Unix server knowledge (health checks, logs review, services restart etc.) • Experience in supporting order flow management between the trading desk and brokers
