STARTING JUNE \- This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Charter Captain & Chef/Stew couple<\/b> to join an 82ft UK\-flagged sailing yacht ahead of a busy dual\-season private and charter programme.

The boat is now under new ownership and currently in Italy undergoing final works (agreed at sale) with the outgoing crew. She is getting ready for a busy Mediterranean summer followed by a Caribbean winter season. This role requires a hands\-on, experienced Captain/Engineer and Chef/Stew team capable of delivering consistently high standards for family and friends or charter guests.

The yacht will run with 3 professional crew and for charters it is likely that a 4th crewmember will be brought on as Stew to help keep the service standards high.

  • Mediterranean summer / Caribbean winter
    <\/li><\/ul>
    • Private and charter usage
      <\/li><\/ul>
      • Maximum 6 guests onboard
        <\/li><\/ul>
        • Additional temporary stew support during busy periods
          <\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>

          Requirements<\/h3>

          Captain/Engineer<\/u>:<\/b>
          <\/p>

          • Yachtmaster Ocean
            <\/li>
          • AEC 1& 2 or Proven excellent engineering skills
            <\/li>
          • Proven sailing yacht charter experience
            <\/li>
          • Strong leadership and organisational skills
            <\/li><\/ul>

            Chef/Stew:<\/u><\/b>
            <\/u><\/p>

            • Previous yacht chef experience at similar level
              <\/li>
            • Strong dual\-role capability (galley + interior)
              <\/li>
            • Level 2 Food Hygiene
              <\/li>
            • Capability to stand watches
              <\/li>
            • Sailing experience
              <\/li><\/ul>
              Both:<\/b><\/div>
              • STCW
                <\/li>
              • ENG1
                <\/li>
              • Positive attitude and strong team ethic
                <\/li>
              • Available to start before 25th June
