This role is ideal for a hands\-on CA looking to grow within a Group finance environment, gain exposure to strategic decision\-making, and take ownership of core financial functions with appropriate executive support.<\/span>

<\/span><\/p>Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>Financial Management & Reporting<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>- Preparation of monthly management accounts and supporting schedules for Group entities.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Assistance with Group consolidations and inter company reconciliations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Preparation and review of annual financial statements.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Budgeting, forecasting, and cash\-flow reporting.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Variance analysis and preparation of management commentary.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Statutory, Compliance & Audit<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>- Support and manage statutory compliance in line with IFRS, the Companies Act, and tax legislation.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Preparation and submission of VAT, provisional tax, and related statutory returns.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Coordination with external auditors and support during audit processes.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Maintenance of internal controls and financial governance processes.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Group Finance & Business Support<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>- Provide financial support to management on operational and strategic initiatives.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Assist with financial modelling, cost analysis, and scenario planning.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Monitor financial performance and identify risks and improvement opportunities.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Support inter company billing and Group reporting structures.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Cash Flow & Treasury<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>- Assist with Group cash\-flow management and forecasting.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Oversight of debtors, creditors, and payment cycles.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Support banking and treasury\-related administration.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Stakeholder & Team Support<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>- Work closely with senior management and operational teams.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Support and guide junior finance staff or outsourced providers, where applicable.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Act as a reliable finance partner within the business.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Minimum Requirements<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>- Qualified Chartered Accountant \u2013 CA(SA).<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- 0\u20133 years post\-articles experience (junior to mid\-level).<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Exposure to group reporting or multi\-entity environments advantageous.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Solid understanding of accounting standards and tax principles.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Must reside in Cape Town (non\-negotiable).<\/span>
