We are looking for a talented Station Supervisor II to join our Network & Stations team within the broader Operations function. As a Station Supervisor II, you will support the Station Manager in overseeing daily operations at large stations, ensuring efficient processes, managing staff performance, and playing a key role in staff training and development. - Are you ready to take the next step in your career by supporting station leadership and ensuring smooth operations We are looking for a dedicated Station Supervisor to assist the Station Manager in overseeing daily operations managing staff and delivering an exceptional customer experience
- As the Station Supervisor you will play a key role in supporting the Station Manager with operational tasks ensuring the station runs efficiently and that all staff are performing to the highest standards Youll help coordinate the vehicle fleet manage staff performance and ensure customer satisfaction contributing to the overall success of the station
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management
- Assist the Station Manager in overseeing daytoday operations ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Help manage the availability maintenance and condition of the vehicle fleet
- Support the coordination of vehicle rentals returns and cleaning schedules for maximum efficiency
- Customer Service
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries resolving issues and supporting staff in handling complaints
- Help train and guide staff to deliver excellent customer service throughout the customer journey
- Staff Management
- Assist the Station Manager in recruiting training supervising and evaluating station staff including rental agents and customer service representatives
- Help schedule shifts and manage staff workload to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation
- Sales and Financial Management
- Support the Station Manager in monitoring and achieving sales targets including upselling additional services
- Assist in managing the stations budget controlling costs and ensuring profitability
- Fleet Management
- Help monitor and manage the stations fleet ensuring vehicles are properly maintained clean and available for rental
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs of vehicles
- Assist in optimizing fleet utilization to meet customer demand and reduce idle time
- Compliance and Safety
- Ensure that all operations comply with company policies industry regulations and legal requirements
- Maintain a safe working environment for both employees and customers
- Assist with proper documentation and recordkeeping for all transactions
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a supervisory or operational role, preferably in the car rental or customer service industry
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on team management and operational efficiency
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
- Demonstrated ability to support large station operations and coordinate complex support tasks
Ideal Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role within operations, car rental, transportation, or customer service environments
- Proven track record of managing staff performance and supporting training and development
- Experience with fleet management, sales, and compliance in a large station or similar setting
