Chef De Partie (4.5 working days only!) - Central - WCDT

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook assigned station dishes according to recipes and standard
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency during service
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising food waste
  • Support the Sous Chef and train junior kitchen staff


**Working Hours: Wednesday to Sunday (Mon & Tuesday OFF), 11am-3pm or 6pm -12pm
**Meals provided & night transport provided after 12am
