We’re looking for two talented Chef de Parties (20 hours per week) who want to step beyond traditional cooking and help craft a culinary narrative that inspires, surprises, and delights.
About the Role
- Contribute to an immersive dining concept that blends visual art, theatrical storytelling, and innovative cuisine
- Help execute dishes designed to evoke emotion and tell a story
- Collaborate with a passionate and creative team bringing the “7 Paintings” vision to life
- Deliver exceptional quality and consistency in a live, experiential environment
What you will bring to the role:
- Previous experience in high volume Banquet service.
- Formal culinary qualification (Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Experience in fine dining, degustation, or high-end hospitality environments (highly regarded)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven kitchen
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-based service periods
- Strong communication and organisational skills
