About the role:
The Chef de Partie – In-Villa Dining is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the In-Villa Dining kitchen section. This role ensures the preparation and presentation of high-quality food while maintaining Four Seasons standards of excellence, food safety, and guest satisfaction. The position also plays an important role in mentoring team members and supporting a smooth and efficient operation.

What you will do:

  • Supervise the day-to-day operation of the In-Villa Dining kitchen section.

  • Prepare and present food according to Four Seasons recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.

  • Ensure all mise en place and food preparation are completed efficiently for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special requests.

  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and consistency throughout service.

  • Train, coach, motivate, and develop junior culinary team members.

  • Maintain proper food storage, labeling, stock rotation, and temperature control procedures.

  • Minimize food waste and contribute to food cost control initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

  • Collaborate closely with the In-Villa Dining service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

  • Support special occasions, personalized dining experiences, and VIP guest requests.

What you bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of culinary experience, with at least 1 year in a Chef de Partie or supervisory role.

  • Previous experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or fine dining establishments preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of international cuisine and à la carte cooking.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.

  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Passion for creating personalized dining experiences.

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
