Chef de Partie
Responsibilities and duties
· Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene.
· Washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes.
· To support the Executive Chef in the daily operations and work
· Assisting the chefs with the preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, chopping fruit, vegetables and meat.
· Performing cleaning duties and ensuring that work stations and kitchen are properly sanitized
· Plating and presenting meal items as required
· Support the kitchen team during service by completing prep work, assisting with dishes, and performing other tasks as needed
Qualification and Requirements
・At least 2 years of relevant working experience
・Knowledge in food handling and preparation
・Team player and good interpersonal skills
・5.5 day work week (Mon to Sat)
・Able to work on weekend and public holiday
・Split shift arrangement
