Chef de Partie

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in Kfour, Lebanon. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

  • Manage and coordinate activities in a designated section of the kitchen
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef in menu planning and development
  • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Monitor and control food costs, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies for your station
  • Contribute creative ideas for new dishes and menu improvements
  • Maintain consistent food quality and portion sizes
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen setting
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
  • Expertise in various culinary techniques, with a focus on Lebanese and International cuisine
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and principles
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Creative approach to cooking with a keen eye for presentation
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
  • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
