CHEF DE PARTIE
1.Candidate must be able to cook and handle Traditional Sri Lankan food.
2.Able to perform shift work
3.Prepare a variety of Sri Lankan snacks and dessert
4.Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
5.Maintain kitchen safety, clean and tidy kitchen
6.At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field
7. Must be able to make Tandoori Roti
8. Must be able to make Sri Lankan Dishes and Curries etc..
