Chef de Partie (Le Café LPM)
Le Café LPM is a neighbourhood café for the modern city, where French Riviera spirit meets everyday urban life. All-day dining, done beautifully. Croissants made properly. Fish grilled simply. Spritzes that feel like a terrace in July. Nothing overcomplicated. Everything just right.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to own that.
Your Role
You run your section with precision and pride - responsible for preparation, quality, and the junior team working alongside you.
Your Profile
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
Strong technical skills, organisation, and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining consistent quality.
English is a must. Another European language, even better.
