CHEF DE PARTIE

*Job Descriptions:*

* Experience in western / mediterranean cuisine.

* Involves in kitchen operations from food preparation to final production.
* Ensure food quality and consistency in food production.

* Maintain minimum wastage and waiting period for serving.
* Any other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef.

*Job Requirements:*

* Minimum 3 years culinary experience or skills.

* Must be able to work on weekend and public holidays

* Possess positive work attitude and able to work in fast pace environment.
