A Waiter is responsible for providing professional, attentive, and friendly service to guests while ensuring a high-quality dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
  • Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
  • Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently.
  • Process bills and handle payments accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
  • Upsell menu items and beverages when appropriate.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
