Job Description – Lebanese Cuisine Chef

We are seeking three skilled Lebanese Cuisine Chefs to join our restaurant in Jeddah. The ideal candidates should have experience preparing authentic Lebanese dishes and be committed to maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook authentic Lebanese dishes, including hot and cold mezze, grills, shawarma, kebabs, manakish, and other traditional specialties.

  • Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.

  • Prepare ingredients, sauces, marinades, and mise en place for daily operations.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety standards.

  • Monitor food stock and report inventory requirements.

  • Minimize food waste through proper portion control and storage.

  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

  • Follow company recipes, kitchen procedures, and health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Nationality: Nepali, Indian, or Bangladeshi.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Lebanese cuisine.

  • Good knowledge of traditional Lebanese cooking techniques and ingredients.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

  • Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: SAR 2,500–3,000 per month (based on experience).
