• Prepare and cook local food and related items

• Ensure consistent food quality and taste standards
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with SFA food safety regulations
• Manage inventory, control food costs, and minimize wastage
• Support daily kitchen operations and teamwork
Requirements
• Experience in kichen or local hawker cuisine preferred
• Strong knowledge of local food preparation
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
• Food Hygiene Certificate preferred
