Chef

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily food preparation and supervise the kitchen staff

- Ensure the kitchen is clean and properly maintained by the staff

- Oversee food preparations, presentations and storage to ensure food health and safety standard required in Singapore

Qualities we seek include:

- Experience in cooking South Asian cuisine

- Positive attitude and commitment to excellence

- Respective skills to perform the required duties

- Team player who works well with the kitchen staff

- Willing to learn and able to work under pressure

- Minimum 20 years of working experience in South Asian cuisine

- Must be able to work night shift and split shift

- Must be able to work extra hours, weekends and public holidays if required
