Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food that meets the quality and presentation standards set by the Head Chef
- Follow detailed cooking directions and fulfill recipe specifications accurately
- Inspect supplier deliveries to verify quality and correct quantities of ingredients
- Conduct regular stock taking of ingredients and supplies to maintain inventory accuracy
- Apply proper food safety and hygiene practices consistently in all kitchen activities
- Respond constructively to feedback to improve food preparation and service
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations
- Organize kitchen tasks efficiently to support timely food preparation

- Demonstrate eagerness and ability to learn new culinary skills quickly
- Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
