CHEF
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting smooth daily kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards
Ensure food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are strictly followed
Assist in menu planning and recipe development when required
Manage food preparation, portion control, and minimize wastage
Maintain proper storage of food and ingredients
Support kitchen operations during peak hours
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant kitchen experience
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (SFA standards preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Schedule: 5.5 days / week
8:30am to 9:30pm (2hr break)

Preferred Skills
Experience in Japanese / Fusion cuisine
Basic inventory and stock management knowledge
