CHEF

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting smooth daily kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards

  • Ensure food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are strictly followed

  • Assist in menu planning and recipe development when required

  • Manage food preparation, portion control, and minimize wastage

  • Maintain proper storage of food and ingredients

  • Support kitchen operations during peak hours


Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant kitchen experience

  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (SFA standards preferred)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic


Job Schedule: 5.5 days / week

8:30am to 9:30pm (2hr break)

Preferred Skills
