Chief Chef

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for food preparation and maintaining food quality
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensures consistency in taste, quality, quantity, temperature and presentation of food served
  • Ability to come up with new dishes as and when required
  • Ensure freshness of food ingredients and raw materials
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar kitchen role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • Able to perform spilt shift, work on weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
