**Chief Concierge**

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide comprehensive support to guests regarding all inquiries, encompassing both hotel-related and external service matters
  • Participate in mandatory shift briefings to ensure full awareness of hotel activities and operational requirements
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with the Airport Authority, retail partners, and service providers within the vicinity, ensuring current information on their offerings and promotions
  • Maintain comprehensive and current knowledge of daily activities, significant local occurrences, and key destinations, including directions to points of interest, dining establishments, entertainment venues, shopping facilities, cinemas, sporting and recreational facilities, financial institutions, consulates, transportation systems, and special events
  • Oversee and manage guest correspondence, messages, courier services, and parcel postage in accordance with guest requests and hotel standards
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Concierge operations within a luxury hotel or resort, including at least 4 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven ability to deliver highly personalized guest experiences and exceed the expectations of VIP, and long-stay guests.
  • Strong destination knowledge of Egypt's North Coast and surrounding attractions, with the ability to curate bespoke experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic and additional languages are an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing Concierge team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury environment.
