This is a rare and significant leadership mandate. The CEO will be the apex business leader of the Group, partnering directly with the Founder/Promoter to define and execute a bold strategic agenda. The role demands a leader who can seamlessly blend visionary thinking with rigorous operational delivery \u2014 someone who brings a fresh perspective, transformational energy, and strong governance sensibility, with a strong grounding in Sales, Operations, and Business Management.<\/span><\/span>

1. Strategic Leadership, Business Growth & Client Management<\/b><\/span><\/span>

\u2022\tDefine and drive the Group's long\-term strategic vision in alignment with the Founder/Promoter's and investor's objectives.<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\u2022\tIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, market expansion, and revenue diversification across verticals.<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\u2022\tFormulate annual business plans, growth targets, and KPI frameworks across business units.<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\u2022\tLead market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and positioning strategy for the Group.<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\u2022\tDrive M&A strategy \u2014 identify, evaluate, and execute acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic alliances to accelerate Group expansion.<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\u2022\tBuild and sustain strong relationships with key clients, partners, vendors, and institutional stakeholders.<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\u2022\tRepresent the Group at industry forums, events, and high\-level client engagements.<\/span><\/span>

\u2022\tMaintain and enhance the Group's brand reputation in the market.<\/span><\/span>

2. Profit & Loss Ownership<\/b><\/span><\/span>

\u2022\tOwn full P&L responsibility across all Group entities and business lines.<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\u2022\tDrive sustainable EBITDA improvement through revenue growth, cost optimisation, and margin management.<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\u2022\tEnsure financial prudence with robust budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation decisions.<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>
\u2022\tWork closely with the CFO and finance leadership to ensure financial health and sustained profitability.<\/span><\/span>

\u2022\tRespond to queries from the Board and investors regarding business outlook, financial performance, and strategic plans.<\/span><\/span>
