Chief Hardware Analog Engineer

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Lead the design and development of high-performance analog circuits and systems.
  • Define architecture and technical strategy for analog hardware platforms aligned with product and business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analog, digital and product management
  • Drive design reviews, validation, and verification processes to ensure reliability, quality, and compliance
  • Mentor and support engineers, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate innovative solutions into product development
  • Troubleshoot complex analog design challenges and provide expert guidance on root cause analysis
  • Ensure documentation and knowledge sharing across the engineering organization

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Strong expertise in analog circuit design, including signal conditioning, power management, measurement technologies and low-noise design
  • Proven experience leading complex hardware development projects in an R&D environment
  • Ability to translate system requirements into scalable, high-quality analog hardware solutions
  • Solid understanding of design tools, simulation methods, and validation techniques
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across global teams
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience in mixed-signal design or integration with digital systems
  • Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements
  • Background in mentoring or leading engineering teams in a technical capacity
  • Exposure to EMC/EMI design considerations and testing methodologies
  • Experience working in global or matrixed organizations
