We are looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Manager who can build brand buzz, execute impactful campaigns, and drive consumer engagement across digital, retail, and on\-ground channels. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands\-on execution.

Key Roles & Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>

  • Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, trials, and repeat consumption<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Lead influencer and creator marketing across nano, micro, and celebrity creators<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Drive trade marketing initiatives including POS, visibility, sampling, and in\-store activations across GT & MT<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and retail media platforms with ROI focus<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Execute on\-ground marketing activities such as events, campus activations, and community engagements<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate with creative partners to develop high\-impact content across digital and retail touchpoints<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Track campaign performance, consumer insights, and analytics to optimize execution<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Work closely with Sales, NPD, and Operations teams to align marketing with launches and distribution goals<\/span>

  • Manage agencies, vendors, and external partners effectively<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Strong understanding of FMCG / beverage / consumer brand marketing<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Experience across digital marketing, trade marketing, and on\-ground activations<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Hands\-on exposure to influencer marketing and content development<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Data\-driven mindset with strong analytical and execution skills<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to manage agencies and negotiate partnerships<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Deep understanding of Gen Z and young India consumer behavior<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment<\/span><\/span>

      Experience & Qualification<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • 3<\/span>\u20135 years of hands\-on marketing experience<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Prior experience in FMCG, beverages, or lifestyle brands preferred<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)<\/span>
