Job Summary

The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic partner to the Founder, translating vision into actionable plans, managing priorities, and ensuring alignment across initiatives to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced venture capital environment.

Responsibilities

  • Translate high-level strategic objectives into actionable plans with measurable outcomes to drive organisational initiatives
  • Track and report progress across key projects to ensure timely execution and alignment with strategic priorities
  • Represent leadership in meetings with founders, investors, partners, and external stakeholders to advance organisational goals
  • Manage follow-up actions and coordinate communication to maintain strong professional relationships across stakeholders
  • Develop executive-level presentations, reports, and strategic communications that synthesize complex information into clear, impactful narratives
  • Support investment storytelling, thought leadership, and business development efforts to enhance organisational positioning
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and oversee project workflows to maintain high standards of quality and operational excellence
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and organisational effectiveness

Required competencies and certifications

  • Prior experience with a leading management consulting firm
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities demonstrated through managing complex business challenges
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including creating executive-level presentations and business narratives
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and relationship-building skills to coordinate across diverse groups
  • Strong interest in venture capital, startups, innovation, and emerging technologies
