CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead daily operations, project management, and business development in the cold room and refrigeration industry, driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and cross-departmental coordination
  • Monitor project schedules, control costing, and evaluate operational performance to meet targets
  • Lead and manage operations, administration, and project teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure project success
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company procedures
  • Support management in business planning and company development initiatives
  • Review and analyze operational processes, recommending improvements for optimization
  • Manage manpower allocation and operational budgeting to align resources with business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in cold room systems, refrigeration projects, or manufacturing operations is advantageous
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing, Refrigeration, Cold Room, or related industries
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage multiple projects and operational matters
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with project coordination and operational planning
