We are seeking a highly\naccomplished and strategic HR leader to join our client\u2019s organization as the\nChief Human Resources Officer. The incumbent will lead the Human Resources\nfunction across the Group and its subsidiaries, driving people strategy,\norganizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, leadership development,\nworkforce productivity, culture transformation, and HR governance.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

The ideal candidate will be a\nseasoned HR professional with extensive experience in large, professionally\nmanaged and listed organizations, preferably from Business Services,\nHospitality, Healthcare Services, Logistics, Security Services, Retail,\nTelecom, Aviation, or other manpower\-intensive service industries.<\/span>

This role requires a dynamic\nleader who understands the complexities of managing large and geographically\ndispersed workforces while partnering closely with the Board, CEO, MD, and\nbusiness leadership teams.<\/span>

  • Develop and execute the Group's people strategy\n aligned with business objectives and growth plans.<\/span>

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Board, MD, CEO, and\n business leaders on all people\-related matters.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Lead HR transformation initiatives, organization\n restructuring, workforce optimization, and change management programs.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Build a high\-performance culture across all group\n entities.<\/span>

    Talent Acquisition &\nWorkforce Planning<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    • Drive end\-to\-end talent acquisition strategy for\n corporate, leadership, and frontline workforce requirements.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Develop robust hiring frameworks to support rapid\n business growth across multiple locations.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Establish strong employer branding initiatives and\n recruitment excellence practices.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Lead workforce planning and manpower budgeting\n across group companies.<\/span>

      Leadership Hiring &\nSuccession Planning<\/span><\/span><\/b>

      • Design and implement succession planning frameworks\n for critical leadership positions.<\/span>

      • Identify and develop future leaders through\n structured talent review processes.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Drive executive hiring and leadership assessment\n programs.<\/span>

        HR Operations & Governance<\/span><\/span><\/b>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p>

        • Oversee all HR functions including Talent\n Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Compensation &\n Benefits, Learning & Development, Performance Management, and HR\n Compliance.<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory\n regulations, and corporate governance requirements.<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Establish and monitor HR policies, systems,\n controls, and best practices across subsidiaries.<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

          Employee Relations &\nWorkforce Management<\/span><\/span><\/b>
          <\/span><\/span><\/p>

          • Lead employee engagement, retention, productivity,\n and workforce stabilization initiatives.<\/span>

          • Manage large employee populations across multiple\n business units and locations.<\/span>

          • Drive harmonious industrial and employee relations\n across the organization.<\/span>

              • Leverage HR analytics and data\-driven\n decision\-making to improve workforce effectiveness.<\/span>

              • Drive digitization and automation of HR processes\n and systems.<\/span>
                <\/span><\/span><\/li>
              • Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor\n organizational health and productivity.<\/span>

                Desired Candidate Profile<\/span><\/span><\/b>
                <\/span><\/span><\/p>

                • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed\n institution.<\/span>
                  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
                • 20+ years of progressive HR experience with at\n least 8\-10 years in senior leadership roles.<\/span>
                  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
                • Prior experience as CHRO, Group HR Head, Chief\n People Officer, EVP\-HR, or equivalent leadership position.<\/span>
                  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
                • Proven experience managing large employee\n populations (5,000+ employees preferred).<\/span>
                  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
                • Demonstrated success in leading large HR teams\n across multiple locations.<\/span>
                  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
                • Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and\n workforce planning.<\/span>
                  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
                • Experience working in listed companies and\n professionally managed corporate environments.<\/span>
                  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
                • Excellent understanding of labour laws, industrial\n relations, compensation strategy, and organizational development.<\/span>

                • Strong stakeholder management and board\-level\n presentation skills.<\/span>
