Chief Revenue Officer - CRO

The CRO will be responsible for leading the entire growth and revenue generation strategy, focusing on new customer acquisition, customer retention, and growth of existing customers. The goal is to scale revenue by expanding the customer base and increasing profitability with current customers, while diversifying the portfolio.
This strategic position involves managing the pre-sales, sales, post-sales, and partnership teams, with a focus on optimizing the customer journey from acquisition to retention and growth, through cross-selling and up-selling.
This is a hybrid position based either in São Paulo, Brazil, or Miami, Florida.
Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute the overall revenue growth strategy of the company, aligning all commercial teams to achieve revenue targets.

Use data and metrics to track revenue performance and identify improvement opportunities. Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.

Work directly with the CEO and other leadership to define long-term objectives, growth strategies, and actions for scaling revenue.

Refine sales processes and improve customer experience to increase conversion and retention rates.

Plan and manage the annual budget for team expansion and goal execution.

Foster connections between different areas of the company to support sustainable growth.

Identify new market opportunities and sales channels, as well as develop strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Proven experience in executive roles related to revenue and growth in technology or financial companies.
