Chinese Chef

  • Assist in the management of daily kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and present high-quality Chinese dishes in accordance with established standards.
  • Supervise and mentor kitchen team members to maintain excellence in food preparation and service.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Assist with menu development, recipe standardization, and cost control.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support purchasing and stock management activities.
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, or Senior Chef de Partie specializing in Chinese cuisine.
  • Experience working as a Private Chef in a residence setting is a distinct advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques, ingredients, and food presentation.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Spoken English is an advantage.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
