Job Summary

Deliver engaging and effective teaching by preparing and conducting lessons aligned with curriculum standards. Assess student progress through homework grading and ensure high-quality course materials to support learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials to deliver structured and impactful classes based on the prescribed curriculum
  • Conduct interactive classes that foster student engagement and comprehension
  • Evaluate and grade student homework to monitor learning progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of course materials to maintain educational standards
  • Manage time effectively to fulfill a 44-hour work week including weekend teaching commitments
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching methods and student outcomes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Education or related fields
  • Degree in Chinese Studies or Education is strongly preferred to support subject matter expertise

Other Information

  • Normal working hours include a 44-hour work week with weekend duties; Monday is the designated off day
