[Chubb Life] Director, Head of Growth Marketing

• Xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược digital marketing nhằm tăng tương tác và doanh số. / Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and sales.

• Lãnh đạo các hoạt động channel marketing để hỗ trợ tăng trưởng kênh agency và đối tác. / Lead channel marketing initiatives to support agency and partner growth.

• Quản lý product marketing, bao gồm chiến lược go-to-market và ra mắt sản phẩm. / Oversee product marketing, including go-to-market strategies and product launches.

• Lập kế hoạch và triển khai các chương trình sự kiện và activation. / Plan and execute events and activation programs.

• Phân tích hiệu quả marketing và tối ưu chiến dịch nhằm nâng cao ROI. / Analyze marketing performance and optimize campaigns for ROI.

• Quản lý và phát triển đội ngũ Growth Marketing. / Build and manage the Growth Marketing team.

• Phối hợp với các phòng ban, Ban Lãnh đạo và đối tác để đảm bảo đồng bộ với mục tiêu kinh doanh. / Collaborate with internal stakeholders, senior management, and external partners.

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Marketing, Kinh doanh hoặc liên quan. / Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

• Tối thiểu 10 năm kinh nghiệm trong digital, channel hoặc product marketing; ưu tiên ngành bảo hiểm hoặc tài chính. / Minimum 10 years of experience in digital, channel, or product marketing, preferably in insurance or financial services.

• Có kinh nghiệm quản lý cấp Director. / Proven leadership experience at Director level.

• Kỹ năng phân tích, quản lý dự án và giao tiếp tốt. / Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

• Kỹ năng quản lý stakeholder và làm việc liên phòng ban hiệu quả. / Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Có kinh nghiệm tổ chức sự kiện và activation. / Experience in event management and activation programs.
