Chubb Life HK - Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master

This position will ensure the project deliver according to the agreed scope, time, and cost. He / She will lead, coach, and support the team, including business and vendors on the timeline communication with stakeholders on project progress, status, issues, and requesting support / escalate at the right time

• Document and align project scope with stakeholders. Develop project plan business case, resources plan and project budgets for approval by relevant sponsor or approval committee. Ensure project risks change management plan and mitigations are captured and communicated effectively

• Lead and motivates the project team to carry out the project tasks and deliverables according to the agreed timeline and cost estimations. Define project charter with clear R&R for project teams and stakeholders. Ensure timeline communication with stakeholders on project progress, status, issue and requesting support / escalate at the right time

• Manage project financials including project finance, project cost reforecast, benefit tracking and realization. Perform project closure and define the post project tracking mechanism to follow thru until the end of the project realization period

• With the holistic view of IT project and delivery methodology of each, with delivery teams to ensure the resources planning are done according to the overall needs with an optimal balance of resources from local partners on-shore and off-shore resources

• Drive internal and external partners on Agile way of working to ensure strategic initiatives are executed with the right level of agility and flexibility. Promote and apply block funding to focus on delivery business value with perpetual delivery squad

• University graduate, preferably in Business, Finance, IT or related disciplines

• More than 5 years solid experience I managing/consulting in projects

• Broad knowledge of financial services &/or insurance industry desirable

• Excellent understanding of project management control procedures

• Strong Change Management and Dispute Resolution skills

• Professional Project Management & Agile Qualification preferred

• Fluent in English & Mandarin
