Circle Lead

Leads a team, sets the standards for their area and takes responsibility for developing, innovating and safeguarding knowledge in their area. Leads a contact center (internal or outsourced) providing customer service, product support, sales, and/or specialized services to deliver the highest levels of service to customers. Executes the contact center strategy to deliver quality of service, sales results, continuous optimization of the whole performance offered to the customer and adoption of new technology.
