  • The Operational Landscape Manager (OLM) is accountable for end-to-end operational governance of supplier contracts and service delivery, ensuring suppliers meet contractual commitments, KPIs, and compliance standards.
  • Key Responsibilities
    • Monitor supplier compliance with contract obligations and service commitments.
    • Track delivery of contracted services and deliverables.
    • Review monthly KPIs, service levels, and charges for discrepancies.
    • Manage supplier performance and drive corrective action plans.
    • Act as primary interface between business IT, suppliers, and internal teams.
    • Drive incident, problem, and change management processes.
    • Ensure compliance with audit, security, and regulatory requirements.
    • Approve work requests beyond predefined financial thresholds.
    • Support demand forecasting and capacity planning.
    • Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Interfaces
    • Internal: IT Operations Managers, Business Stakeholders, Service Management, Procurement.
    • External: Supplier Delivery Managers, Vendor Operations Teams.
  • Success Measures
    • SLA and KPI compliance.
    • Reduction in incident volume and downtime.
