We are looking for a passionate Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Land Infrastructure team in our Kirikiriroa Hamilton office, as part of our 2027 Graduate Program.

What you’ll do

As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will:

  • Apply your technical knowledge on live client projects.

  • Develop your earthworks and grading capabilities while learning to use 3D modelling software.

  • Perform stormwater and wastewater calculations to support pipe network design and site-wide stormwater management.

  • Apply local and national standards and codes of practice to solve engineering challenges and inform design solutions.

  • Work with diverse, multidisciplinary teams across engineering, advisory, and design

  • Learn from technical experts and mentors through immersive guidance

  • Grow your skills with workshops, self-paced learning, and leadership programs

  • Progress toward professional accreditation and chartership with team support

  • Connect through Limelight, our Early Careers Network

What you’ll bring

  • Graduated and available to start full-time in February 2027

  • A relevant Civil engineering degree recognised by the Washington Accords (completed or near completion)

  • A genuine interest in earthworks, stormwater, wastewater, and land development engineering.

  • Curiosity and a desire to solve real-world problems

  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

  • Motivation to grow both technical and consulting capabilities
