Join our Southern Infrastructure team and contribute to a wide range of civil projects across Aotearoa New Zealand, with opportunities across Australia and Asia Pacific. You’ll bring your experience to meaningful projects spanning three waters, land development, and general civil infrastructure—helping shape the communities we live in.
In this role, you’ll contribute across design, project delivery, construction support and client engagement, working alongside experienced, multidisciplinary teams. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your work, build strong relationships, and deliver quality outcomes.

As a Civil Engineer, you will:
work on complex civil infrastructure projects across multiple sectors
strengthen your skills in design, coordination and project delivery
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and build client relationships
take ownership and contribute to high-quality outcomes
continue your professional growth, including progression toward Chartered status
Ko wai koe | About you
You’re an experienced civil engineer who brings sound technical capability and a proactive, team-focused approach. You take pride in your work, communicate clearly, and follow through on what you commit to.
You’ll have:
6–12+ years’ experience in civil engineering (consulting, construction or infrastructure)
experience across areas such as land/site development, stormwater or three waters
proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D and/or 12d
