Civil & Structural Executive (A&A Review) | Toa Payoh

Job Scope:

• You will be part of a team in the engineering department involved in technical processing of submissions for addition and alteration (A&A) works to existing properties and technical submissions by other agencies e.g. IMDA, NEA etc.

• You will schedule the renovation audit at prefab blks carried out by appointed building inspector. To manage the audit carry out in accordance with contractual requirements.

• You are required to compile reports for the audits performed at scheduled period. You are required to interact with consultants, contractors, Branch offices as well as residents to resolve A&A issues and ensure compliance

Requirements:

• Possess a good background in Civil and Structural Engineering.

• Those with at least 5 years of working experience in preparation of Civil and Structural Engineering project drawings and/or supervision of civil engineering and building projects will be preferred.

• Experience and good knowledge of relevant structural detailing, BIM and modelling software, construction technology and with good communication skills will be an asset.

Contract Duration: 3 months to 1 year

Working Arrangement:

• Monday to Friday (Office hours)

Salary: $18 per hour (Approx $3,200 to $3,300 per month)
