Cladder

  • Install aluminium, stainless steel (SS), galvanized iron (GI), and other sheet metal cladding over insulated HVAC ducts, chilled water lines, process piping, valves, flanges, vessels, tanks, and equipment.
  • Measure, fabricate, cut, bend, roll, and fit cladding sheets according to approved drawings and site requirements.
  • Install removable cladding boxes for valves, strainers, flanges, and other maintenance-access components.
  • Fabricate elbows, reducers, tees, end caps, valve boxes, and custom cladding sections using sheet metal.
  • Secure cladding using rivets, screws, bands, pop rivets, sealants, and approved fastening systems.
  • Ensure proper overlap, sealing, weatherproofing, and finishing of all cladding installations.
  • Read and interpret HVAC layouts, piping isometrics, P&IDs, GA drawings, and insulation drawings.
  • Coordinate with insulation crews to ensure insulation is correctly installed before cladding.
  • Repair or replace damaged cladding during construction, pre-commissioning, or maintenance activities.
  • Use sheet metal fabrication tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Cladder in HVAC, oil & gas projects.
  • Vocational training or trade certification or relevant certification.
  • Proven experience in cladding HVAC ductwork, chilled water piping, process piping, vessels, and mechanical equipment.
