Claims Executive- Casualty

Responsibilities:

• Handle, examine and settle General Liability and Public Liability claims according with Company philosophy and guidelines
• Comply with claims instructions and provide quality work effectively and efficiently
• Handle related enquiries from the policyholders, brokers or relevant parties
• Support manager to implement initiatives to improve performance
• Maintain positive relationship with all stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with ANZIIF (Senior Associate) qualification or equivalent level of Insurance qualification holder is preferred
• At least 2 years of working experience in handling General Liability, Employee’s Compensation and Product Liability claims is preferred
• Results oriented, self-motivated, responsible individual with high levels of integrity
• Good command of written & spoken English and Cantonese, good speaking Mandarin is preferred
• PC literate in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
