Clairvia Senior Consultant

Consultant II’s on the Oracle Health Clairvia Consulting team are responsible for providing Clairvia Solution Suite expertise to customers and Oracle employees. This includes identifying and executing the changes required to achieve defined value related to workforce and workload management of care providers and support staff within Acute and Outpatient venues.

Using effective consulting skills in meetings and project events, the consultant drives the customer through the design of clinical and operational processes, solutions and technology workflows, and successful adoption that will lead to desired outcomes. You will identify, resolve, and report solution status, risks, and issues to the customer and project leadership, coach customers on data collection and system design requirements and analyze to determine optimal solution build and implementation.

You will also consult with internal project and organizational teams to bi-directionally share status, project timelines and project updates, verify configuration requests, and perform solution build as needed. As a key member of the team, you will maintain customer relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives.

We are currently seeking Consultants to specialize in the Clairvia Solution Suite including products focused on scheduling, care giver assignments, outcomes-driven acuity, and reporting capabilities to improve operational efficiency across healthcare organizations. Specific products include Staff Manager, Physician Scheduler, Assignment Manager, ShiftAlert, Demand Manager, Outcomes-Driven Acuity, and Patient Progress Manager.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of total combined higher education and related work experience
    • At least 1 year of health care information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other customer-facing or HCIT solution work experience
  • At least 4 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job
  • Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Clairvia Solution Suite experience
  • Previous experience with staff scheduling, staffing assignments, staffing workflows, hospital admission/registration process, and/or other related hospital operations
  • Previous experience with workload and workforce management
  • Previous client consulting experience
  • Millennium application experience
  • Experience managing large, complex full cycle solution implementations
  • Experience implementing customer/server applications
  • Possess decision making skills as well as the ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Due to the client contract, you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen

  • Must be willing to travel up to 80% as needed (potentially internationally)

  • Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to an already virtually approved location

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

US: Hiring Range in USD from $25.48 to $63.65 per hour; from: $53,000 to $132,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
