Talent Acquisition Associate - Compliance and Onboarding

  • Ensures compliance of new hires to pre-employment requirements through education and consistent reminders.

  • Assists new hires in getting pre-employments that require internet access which includes but not limited to NBI clearance, Philhealth, Tax ID, SSS, Pag-Ibig Number.

  • Collects and files the submitted pre-employment requirements for HRIS submission.

  • Reviews, collects and sends the submitted new hire background verification forms.

  • Monitors and files the completion results for background investigation.

  • Ensures new hire’s completion of pre-employment medical examinations.\Prepares reports to show submission/completion rates.

  • Regularly meets with recruitment operations to provide direction on who to endorse to training based on the completion rates (As applicable to specific program requirements).

  • Regularly meets with HRIS on the completion of transmitted pre-employment requirement documents.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or equivalent

  • Proficient in MS Computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point

  • Knowledge of general recruitment processes and testing would be an advantage

  • Previous experience in BPO recruitment is an advantage

  • Must be amenable to work in shifting schedules,

  • Must be flexible in working nights and rotating schedules, holidays and weekends
