Class 1 Driver - Local Flatbed NIGHT
✅Night shift - Monday to Thursday 5PM to 5AM
✅Pay scale : 28.36$/H - 28.63$/H
✅Night shift premium : 2$/H
The driver is responsible for transporting Techo-Bloc products between our manufacturing facilities, distribution yards, and warehouse locations. This is a local position focused on supporting internal operations and ensuring the efficient movement of products between sites.
Responsibilities
- Transport palletized Techo-Bloc products between plants, distribution centers, and storage yards;
- Complete transfers according to operational priorities and established schedules;
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer;
- Secure loads safely and properly on flatbed trailers;
- Ensure all transportation documentation is completed accurately;
- Follow all health and safety policies during loading, unloading, and transportation activities;
- Verify load stability and securement before departure;
- Work closely with shipping, production, and forklift teams to ensure efficient product movement between sites;
- Maintain a clean and professional vehicle and report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements;
- Perform all other related duties as required.
- Valid Class 1 (AZ/CDL equivalent) driver's license;
- Experience operating flatbed trailers and securing loads;
- Strong driving record;
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance;
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing operational priorities.

This is a physically demanding position. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (23kg). Manual dexterity, teamwork, hand-eye co-ordination and a combination of sitting, standing and walking required.
