Class 4 Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely drive Class 4 tipper trucks to and from construction sites, dumping grounds, and disposal facilities.
• Safely transport bulk materials, and other goods to designated sites.
• Perform mandatory daily routine safety and mechanical checks (e.g., brakes, tires, hydraulic lifts) and maintain the cleanliness of the truck's interior and exterior.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, fuel consumption, mileage and trip logs
• Adhere to all traffic regulations, speed limits and road safety requirements at all times
• Comply with the Singapore Road Traffic Act, site-specific safety protocols, and sector-specific Ministry of Manpower (MOM)regulations for heavy vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors, excavators, and other equipment operators to spot, position the truck, and dump materials accurately.
• Any Ad-hoc duty as assign by PM.

Requirements

• Valid Class 4 Heavy Vehicle driving licence
• Minimum 5 years' experience operating tipper trucks or similar heavy vehicles
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations or accidents
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic mechanical
• Excellent understanding of road safety regulations and compliance requirements
