Job Summary

Join our studio as a Clay Artisan to handcraft and paint detailed clay miniatures, assist in custom order production, and maintain quality and consistency in a creative, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Handcraft clay miniatures and figurines to meet artistic and quality standards
• Assist in producing and finishing custom clay art orders to ensure timely delivery
• Inspect artworks to maintain consistent quality and craftsmanship across all pieces
• Support daily studio operations by organizing materials and maintaining a clean workspace
• Perform ad hoc tasks such as packing finished products, managing inventory, preparing workshops, and supporting events as needed

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Art-related background or a strong self-taught portfolio demonstrating clay sculpting or miniature making skills or painting skills
• Experience working with polymer clay, air-dry clay, or miniature art techniques
• Background in fine arts, design, illustration, animation, or crafts is a bonus
• Meticulous and patient work approach with ability to work independently
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
• Minimum commitment of 6 months
• Able to work at our studio in Admiralty
