Work Days: 5days Week 10am - 3pm - Monday to Friday

Saturday &Sunday OFF Day

Job Description& Requirements

Responsibilities:

10 AM:

Clean and TidyUp Washroom

Sweep and MopRestaurant

Mop OutdoorArea (2 metre area only)

12 – 3PM:

· Scrape,rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine

• Wash andsanitize all pans, pots, utensils, and dishes

• Clean,sanitize, and maintain dish machine

• Unload dishesand utensils from dish machine and organize them properly

• Empty trashcontainers regularly

• Maintain aclean work area and kitchen as needed

• Clean foodprep stations and equipment

  • 清洁并整理洗手间
  • 清扫并拖洗餐厅地面
  • 拖洗室外区域(仅限2米范围内)

12:00 PM –3:00 PM

  • 清理残渣、冲洗,并将餐具与器皿放入洗碗机
  • 清洗并消毒所有锅具、盆、器皿和餐具
  • 清洁、消毒并维护洗碗机
  • 从洗碗机中取出餐具与器皿,并整齐摆放归类
  • 定期清空垃圾桶
  • 根据需要保持工作区域和厨房的清洁
  • 清洁食品准备台面及设备
