CLEANING DEPARTMENT MANAGER
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee thedaily operations of our restaurant. The Operations Manager will play a key rolein maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and customersatisfaction. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills,and a commitment to delivering a superb dining experience
Responsibilities:
- Manage, motivate, and mentor restaurant staff.
- Optimize restaurant operations by implementing efficient workflows, procedures, and scheduling.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to develop and update menus, pricing strategies.
- Manage inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies.
- Enforce health and safety standards, food safety protocols, and cleanliness guidelines.
- Monitor budget and financial performance.
- Ensure the restaurant's physical appearance is well-maintained.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.
