CLEANING DEPARTMENT MANAGER

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee thedaily operations of our restaurant. The Operations Manager will play a key rolein maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and customersatisfaction. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills,and a commitment to delivering a superb dining experience

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, motivate, and mentor restaurant staff.
  • Optimize restaurant operations by implementing efficient workflows, procedures, and scheduling.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to develop and update menus, pricing strategies.
  • Manage inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Enforce health and safety standards, food safety protocols, and cleanliness guidelines.
  • Monitor budget and financial performance.
  • Ensure the restaurant's physical appearance is well-maintained.

Qualifications:
