Cleaning Operation Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee, coordinate, and manage day-to-day cleaning activities across multiple locations.
- Ensure each site is adequately staffed and schedules are properly arranged.
- Carry out routine site audits and quality checks to maintain service standards.
- Address operational challenges quickly, including urgent or after-hours issues.
- Lead, guide, and mentor supervisors and cleaning personnel to ensure strong performance.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and compliance with company policies.
- Provide hands-on coaching and track staff performance consistently.
- Assist in hiring and assigning new cleaners to various sites.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients on all operational matters.
- Respond to client feedback or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships to support client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular site check-ins and update management on client-related matters.
Requirements:
- A Diploma or equivalent educational background is preferred.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or operational roles.
- Strong leadership abilities with good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of working independently while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
