Cleaning Operations Support

Key Responsibilities

1. Cleaning Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate procurement of cleaning consumables, tools, and equipment in accordance with company procedures
  • Liaise with suppliers on orders, deliveries, and product availability
  • Arrange distribution of supplies and equipment to various sites in a timely manner
  • Support site supervisors on operational and staffing requirements
  • Assist in manpower coordination and deployment when required

2. Inventory & Equipment Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and track all stock movements in accordance with company procedures
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
  • Conduct periodic stock checks and reconciliation
  • Arrange servicing, maintenance, and repair of cleaning equipment
  • Follow up with vendors on servicing schedules and ensure equipment is in good working condition
  • Ensure accountability for stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies or losses

3. Administrative & HR Support

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation(hardcopy and softcopy) in an organized and accessible manner
  • Handle submission and tracking of HR-related forms (e.g. Annual Leave, time-off, medical leave)
  • Monitor cleaners’ attendance, absenteeism, and replacements, ensuring accuracy before submission to HQ (Kuala Lumpur) on a monthly basis
  • Support onboarding documentation for new staff(forms, uniform issuance, records)
  • Prepare basic correspondence, reports, and internal documentation as required
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required documents to HQ

4. Operations Support (Field& Ad-hoc)

  • Provide support across sites when required(floater role)
  • Assist during manpower shortages, urgent situations, or special assignments
  • Support operations during weekends, Sundays, and Public Holidays when necessary to ensure service continuity
  • Prepare periodic reports and updates as required by Management

5. Compliance, SOP & Safety

  • Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with company SOPs, policies, and operational procedures
  • Comply with all applicable Singapore regulations, including Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), environmental, and public health requirements
  • Always adhere to safety guidelines, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Ensure safe handling, usage, and storage of cleaning chemicals in accordance with company procedures and safety standards
  • Follow all client site rules and safety requirements when deployed to sites
  • Report any safety hazards, incidents, or non-compliance to the supervisor immediately
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation inline with company standards and audit requirements (e.g. ISO, Eco Vadis)
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information
