<\/p><\/span>An exciting\n opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services, for an\n experienced cleaner to join the site cleaning team in\n Killingworth.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>The successful\n candidate will be required to carry out a range of cleaning\n tasks, safely and professionally, to a high standard. You\n must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, have\n the ability to communicate on all levels and provide\n flexibility to cover additional shifts, as and when\n required.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>The\n successful candidate will require enhanced DBS clearance prior to starting. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>Please note: If you have worked or lived overseas for a period of more than 3 months in the last 10 years, you will need to provide a police check from that country.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/span><\/span>Duties\n include:<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>- Cleaning of\n designated areas, ensuring the agreed cleaning\n specification is completed, as per the site\n instructions<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Emptying of bins,\n ensuring recycled waste is disposed of\n correctly<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Attending to\n spillages by making sure they are cleaned up, within an\n efficient timeframe, to prevent accidents and ensure site\n and staff safety<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Following H&S\n and COSHH regulations<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Use of\n site\-specific equipment, machinery and handling\n chemicals<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Proactive\n interaction with on\-site clients and customers, offering\n superb customer service.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
