An exciting opportunity has\narisen at Anchor Group Services, for an experienced cleaner to join our\nestablished team based at St Johns Shopping Centre in Liverpool.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

If you have previous\ncleaning experience and a positive can\-do attitude, we would love to hear from\nyou! Previous cleaning experience within a shopping centre/retail environment\nis desirable but not necessary.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

The successful candidates\nwill be required to carry out a range of cleaning tasks, safely and\nprofessionally, to a high standard. You must be able to demonstrate good\nattention to detail, have the ability to communicate on all levels and provide\nflexibility to cover additional shifts, as and when required.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Please note: <\/b>This is a fully\nflexible role, you must be able to commit to being fully flexible as you will be\nrequired to work different shift patterns including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required. Although this position is contracted to a minimum of 20 hours per week, you may be required for your hours to increase to meet the needs of the business. Reliable transport is required as early morning shifts start as early as 6am.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Duties include:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

• Patrolling\n the centre, remaining vigilant at all times to ensure any litter is\n removed.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Emptying\n of bins, ensuring recycled waste is disposed of correctly<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Assisting\n with preventing any site accidents by clearing any spills within an\n efficient time, ensuring the safety of centre staff and the public<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Remaining\n flexible to cover duties<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Contributing\n to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Acting\n as a first line support to customers and visitors on site, providing a\n professional and friendly service<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Service\n Road duties as and when required<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Understanding\n the needs of our customer, respond accordingly to customer queries and\n requests and take appropriate action<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Maintaining\n professional conduct at all times<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/span>
