An exciting\nopportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services, for an experienced cleaner to\njoin the site cleaning team at Remsdaq in Deeside <\/span><\/span>as a Cleaning Operative. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

The successful\ncandidate will be required to carry out a range of cleaning tasks, safely and\nprofessionally, to a high standard. You must be able to demonstrate good\nattention to detail, have the ability to communicate on all levels and provide\nflexibility to cover additional shifts, as and when required.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

Duties include:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>

• Cleaning of designated areas, ensuring\n the agreed cleaning specification is completed, as per the site\n instructions<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Emptying of bins, ensuring recycled\n waste is disposed of correctly<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Attending to spillages by making sure\n they are cleaned up, within an efficient timeframe, to prevent accidents, and ensure site and staff safety.<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Following H&S and COSHH\n regulations<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Use of site\-specific equipment,\n machinery and handling chemicals<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Proactive interaction with on\-site\n clients and customers, offering superb customer service Use of\n site\-specific equipment, machinery and handling chemicals<\/span><\/span>

• Carrying out any other reasonable\n management requests<\/span><\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  • An understanding of COSHH<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Good attention to detail<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Good verbal and written communication skills<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Flexibility to cover shifts as and when required<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work<\/span><\/span><\/span>
